With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
If something doesn’t work out, you can send most BiggieTexas products back within 30 days of delivery.*
How do I return or exchange a BiggieTexas product?
Please contact us at (903) 871-5006 or via email at hello@biggietx.com. The BiggieTexas Customer Care team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, other directions will be provided.
What orders/products are eligible for return?
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. We inspect all returned items.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
- *Please note: Custom shirt or custom hat orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at

I received the wrong product, should I return it for exchange?
For sure! If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please contact us right away at (903) 871-5006 or hello@biggietx.com for assistance. If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right for you by:
- Replacing the product or
- Issuing a refund
- And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post, BiggieTexas will cover the return postage costs for you. If the reason for return is for any other reason, you will be charged a single flat fee of $5.00 USD for each return shipment. For your convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
