Refund policy

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most BIGGIETX products back within 30 days of delivery.*

What orders/products are eligible for a refund?

  • Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. We inspect all returned items.
  • Start the order/product refund process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
*Please note: Custom hat orders are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

    If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please contact us right away at 903) 871-5006‬ or via email at hello@biggietx.com for assistance. If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right for you by:

    • Replacing/exchanging the product or
    • Issuing a refund
    • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping

    If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

    How long will it take to receive a refund?
    Orders eligible for refunds are processed immediately by BIGGIETX. A refund takes up to 10 business days for the money to be credited back to the original form of payment. The exact timing can vary based on the type of payment used and our payment processor.
