Shipping policy

BIGGIETX offers reliable USPS shipping. We ship all our hats and apparel via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. We have flat shipping rates, meaning that your shipping costs remain the same no matter how many products you order.

All packages are tracked for your convenience. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase via email or text once it has been confirmed that your package has shipped. 

Your order will process and ship within five (5) business days of your order being placed.

Orders placed by 1:00pm CT Monday - Friday are typically shipped within three business days. In most cases, packages are delivered 2-4 business days thereafter.

Please note that during holidays or periods of high volume, this process may take longer.
